I see this also, from time to time. The problem appears to be that a
xenstore reader thread is dying. I tried to track this down further by
adding logging to stderr in the read_thread() code in xenstore/xs.c -- this
then gets logged to /var/log/xen/xend-debug.log. Unfortunately the bug has
gone away again for now, but if anyone else also sees this problem then that
seems to be the most useful place to add logging.
