Hi,

When I tried xm vcpu-list command to an inactive managed domain,
I saw the following error message.

# xm list vm1
Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s)
vm1 256 1 0.0
# xm vcpu-list vm1
Error: an integer is required
Usage: xm vcpu-list [<Domain>]

List the VCPUs for a domain or all domains.

This patch shows vcpu-list of inactive managed domains as follows.
We can confirm CPU Affinity of inactive managed domains by xm vcpu-list
command.

# xm new vm1.conf cpus="0"
Using config file "./vm1.conf".
# xm new vm2.conf cpus="1"
Using config file "./vm2.conf".
# xm list
Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s)
Domain-0 0 941 2 r----- 63.2
vm1 256 1 0.0
vm2 256 1 0.0
# xm vcpu-list
Name ID VCPU CPU State Time(s) CPU Affinity
Domain-0 0 0 r-- 32.8 any cpu
Domain-0 1 1 -b- 30.8 any cpu
vm1 0 0.0 0
vm2 0 0.0 1
