Hi Mark,
You could find the files (formats & xentrace.dat) here:
http://ltt.polymtl.ca/~parisa

Formas is not customised. As I have written in the "text" file, I'm using 
xen-unstable and the "formats" found in :
xen-unstable.hg/tools/xentrace/formats
