Build process fails with the following:

io.c: In function `hvm_mmio_assist':
io.c:670: error: parse error before '<<' token

You might want to check that your tree is clean (hg status), the <<
(and == and >>) look like you had some merge conflicts.  The 10711
changeset certainly builds, otherwise it wouldn't have been published
to xenbits.
