We are using a realtime application which exclusively runs on QNX.

You'll probably lose the realtime properties.
Whether that causes the application to not work at all, I don't know.

Since Intel Xeon Core (and its VT technology) are now available, I
would like to know if anyone has ever tried to run qnx on xenlinux.

Never heard of an attempt, but who knows..

PS. Perhaps your question is more suited for the xen-users mailing
list, it's not really about Xen development.
