1. xen0 keeps reboot on Paxville. Display a message "not enough ram to
Dom0 Allocation". Attached is serial output.
2. xen0 with balloon driver (dom0_mem to xen in grub) can boot on
Prelser. But xen0 without balloon driver (without dom0_mem in grub)
keeps reboot as 1.
