These patches do some of the cleanup's for netfront necessary to get it more
acceptable for mainline. They build, but HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED; I am new to this
and don't have the time or setup to do much with Xen.

1) style fixes
2) rx buffer counters should be unsigned
3) add section annotations
4) don't kfree() netdevice
5) remove procfs 
6) add sysfs support
