Thanks for the doc update.

However, I would truly love to see tbctl and setsize both die. At the
very least the command names should be prefixed by "xen", but actually
they should be merged into a single command. They could possibly be
merged with a number of the other useful utilities like xenctx and
xenperfc to form a single command. 

We should apply the doc update in the meantime, but will someone please
look into this?
