Add a HOWTO for writing xm-test tests. This is just an initial attempt,
it should be filled in. It includes creating domains with networking
using the new infrastructure.

This HOWTO should've been part of the last patch but I forgot to add it
to the repository. Either that... or I can't count my patches.
