This patch changes how consoles are used in xm-test in the library. It
moves consoles to being tied directly to the XenDomains they are for.
Instead of creating and closing a console separately, this patch makes
opening and closing the console methods in XenDomain.

This patch is needed for the new network infrastructure because when
domains are created with devices there are console commands that need to
be run. For networking, ifconfig has to be run on the new domain once
it's started to configure and activate the interface.

All comments welcome.
