The attached patch 
- enables migration of a domain to the local machine - some timing
issues needed to be resolved by executing certain code early/later
- restores the physical to machine array such that balloon-allocated
pages can be deallocated 
  [I will post another patch where set_phys_to_machine(pfn,mfn) returns
the original mfn entry that is being overwritten.]
