can xen-3.0.2 run in fedora core 3?

I tried to install xen-3.0.2 to fedora core 3 (with 2.6.16 kernel), I
install it in the following steps:
make world
make install
mkinitrd -v -f initrd-2.6.16-xen.img 2.6.16-xen
and I configure grub as follows:
title xen 3.0.2
     root (hd0,0)
     kernel /boot/xen-3.0.gz dom0_men=262144
     module /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.16-xen root=/dev/sda1 ro console=tty0
     module /boot/initrd-2.6.16-xen.img

when I reboot with xen, domain 0 crashed when boot up, the error message is
listed as follows:
Red Hat nash version 4.1.18 starting
Mounted /proc filesystem
Mounting sysfs
Creating /dev
Starting udev
Loading jbd.ko module
Loading ext3.ko module
Creating root device
Mounting root filesystem
mount: error 6 mounting ext3
mount: error 2 mounting none
Switching to new root
switchroot: mount failed: 22
umount /initrd/dev failed: 2
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
(XEN) Domain 0 crashed: rebooting machine in 5 seconds.

Best wishes!
