Yes, the pcnet issue is VMX domain specific. FYI the vmx domains see the pcnet 
network adapter which is actually emulated in the DeviceModel. 
  I believe there is still similar issue for dom0 & domu; and people are 
working on that.

This fix is to VMX domain only.
