To avoid problems when the position of the hypercall page changes, this patch 
eliminates some hard-coded entries in the
__xen_guest section in head.S. Further, it cleans up many things to avoid 
needless differences to native code, while it
also adds a couple of adjustments that only will be submitted for native code 
inclusion, that simplify code, or that
remove unused elements.
