I use Xen at my lab in college and my university network administrators have
filters for Torrent, eMule, Kazaa, ... blocking everything and giving me a
lot of headache explaining when such packets hits their firewalls.

Is that a good reason? :)

BTW, I also hate filling the forms. :|

Having the email form is just so we can stop our servers getting crushed
if we get slashdotted (we rate limit sending of the response emails).

We were figuring that most people would only want to download one of the
sets of packages, depending on what distro they used. If you're trying
to download all of them I can understand it must be slightly
inconvenient. 

Why not use bittorent? You don't need to fill in any forms, and it
doesn't cost us $$$ to serve you the bits.
