There appear to be little to no documentation on any of the vnet- stuff in
Xen unstable (was it there in 2.x)?  And honestly, no one I've asked
recently seems to have any idea what it does/how it works.

This is a call for help in getting this documented.  If there isn't any
documentation forthcoming I suggest we remove these commands from xm this
week, as unsupported undocumented commands are just a really bad thing from
a support perspective.
