#1) The linux sources dont use any sort of synchronization when
    reading the wc_sec and wc_usec fields.  Is this safe?  If so, why?
#2) When a user domain is built with the elf loader it can pull in
    the debug symbols.  Are these symbols used by xen in any way or
    is this simply for the convenience of the user domain operating
    system?
