Thread-topic: CPU Monitoring

How do I monitor total CPU usage of all domains?  (Ie, outside of a specific DomU).  For VMX domains, is the CPU usage by qemu-dm equivalent to all the CPU usage for that VMX domain?

Thanks,
David
