We need to make Xen crash at the point the MMU update fails. Stick this 
at the end of do_mmu_update() in arch/x86/mm.c:
 if ( rc != 0 ) {
    show_guest_stack();
    BUG();
}

Then post the new crash output -- you need only recompile Xen; no need 
to recompile XenLinux this time.
