I have beginning to
test Xen on IA64 since a few days.
Xen compiles without
any problem.
Sources have
been downloaded from HP site (ftp://ftp.hpl.hp.com/pub/xen-ia64)
The Linux distribution I uses is a Red Hat EL-AS 3 (update 4) and the platform is an
old LION (HP rx4610) (4xIA64 - 666 MHz, 1GB
memory).
When I tries to boot
Xen, I have the two following messages and then
nothing... (which is
normal because XenoLinux for IA64 doesn't exist):
Loading xen... Loading
Linux... ..done
Loading initrd vmlinuz-2.6.9... done
