The crash dump you sent was of the xenU getting unhappy perhaps
as a result of the reiserfs_readdir failing. 

Did you get any messages in dom0 about allocation failures? Did
LVM initialise everything OK?

If you can get a serial line on the machine and boot with
console=ttyS0 we might find out why the dom 0 is exiting.
