your CPU is not supported.

In the GRUB menu.lst file, you have to write down
how much memory is for Domain0. Make sure the 
amount doesn't exceed the total amount in your
system. Or try some small number first.

I once mistakenly wrote a too large number of amount of
memory for Domain0 in Grub, and I saw "toast" message.
