OK, finally got back to working on CIM side of the stack :-).  I
committed your patch with a few minor changes.  I can enumerate consoles
but they always have protocol set to VT100.  Probably a xend issue --
will look into it.

We'll also need a console setting data class, e.g.
Xen_ConsoleSettingData similar to Xen_NetworkPortSettingData.  Guess I
will take care of it as part of getting DefineSystem extrinsic working
for HVM guests.
