xen changeset: 23025:dbf2ddf652dc

If we use the pcistub to hide the device, than we cannot pass through the
device to guest. It shows error:
PCI device %x:%x:%x.%x is not assignable.
Only xen-4.1 have this issue. Upstream is ok.
