Bug detailed description:

For the xen unstable(cs22956).We fail to create the xenu guest by "xl"
command,there were some error message as following:

[root@vt-snb3 var]# xl cr config.xenuCPL_MEM_20
Parsing config file config.xenuCPL_MEM_20
libxl: error: libxl_dom.c:168:libxl__build_pv xc_dom_kernel_file failed: No
such file or directory
cannot (re-)build domain: -3
