Yes i did, exactly. But also there i found no changes. Every VM that i move to 
this host has the exact same problem though they use seeral kernals/versions. I 
compared all VM's, nothing.

I even did a reinstall of the dom0 twice, updated all device drivers (HP PSP) 
.. Nothing.

Its really a problem on the Xen bridge (peth0), even in NAT mode....
