patch to fix this bug

it is a dom0's igb driver issue. the current dom0 igb
driver is too old, it can not recognize the 4-port kawela (ids: 1526). Apply
the attached patch, and re-make the driver, the VF can be found.

This bug should be fixed after dom0 kernel is upgraded to new version.
