When bug #1430 was fixed, changeset f989778298d8 in xen-unstable modified code
in block-qcow.c to use the ROUNDUP macro.

However, I believe two instances that were supposed to do a ROUNDUP + divide
were switched to ROUNDUP only, breaking QCOW image support.
