Er...

It's kind of weird, maybe it's linked to my network configuration, because if, 
in my VM, I comment the 
vif = [ 'type=ioemu, mac=aa:aa:b0:00:00:01, bridge=xenbr0' ]
there's no more kernel panic.

Any ideas ?
