[Xen-tools] dom0 hangs ( possible bug )

I compiled xen-4.0.0.tar.gz ( make -j2 world and then make install )

I see following in the dist directory:

the /var/log/messages file is attached ( I booted another kernel to
get this file )

Please let me know as to where I am going wrong. Or is it a bug ...
