1) for 2.6.30 kernel, when max_acpi number is less than 8 ( cpu nr < 5),
logical flat mode will be used, the total cpu nr can not great than 8 after
hotplug.
2) for 2.6.32 and main line (before this patch in), when logical cpu nr < 8,
logical flat will be used, so this issue can be reproduced in NHM-EX when HT
was disabled.

Suresh Siddha draft a patch to fix this issue, I tried on both VM and NHM-EX
SR, it works when this patch in. 

It's a native linux issue, mark it as WONTFIX.
