Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
We can successfully attach NIC to windows XP guest, but failed to detach it
from guest, which causes qemu crash.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.boot up a whindows XP guest
2.attach NIC to guest
3.detach it from guest
4.qemu crash


Current result:
----------------
failed to detach assigned device
