Hi,
  I have a SuSE 11.0 host with one Vista guest. During host shutdown(guest is
already off), the last entry in xend.log occurs at XenDomain.py line 611
"cleanup_domains". The host-machine never powers-off.

  This suggests that the lock is never acquired, line 612. Any suggestions or
help is appreciated.
