Xen domain on Hardy using kernel  2.6.26-1-xen-686 keeps shutting down almost
every week (last one today morning), the domain is running Zimbra email server
and there is nothing in its log mentioning why its shutting down.

the syslog on Dom0 is mentioning something about /etc/xen/scripts/blktap
failed; error detected as you can see from the below syslog but there is
nothing in host log.

the Dom0 is running other virtual hosts (zimbra is the most loaded) but nothing
is happening to the other hosts running BIND9 or dotProject.
