System tested on - Optiplex 755 (Weybridge)

Steps to reproduce -

1) Add iommu=1 to kernel boot option
2) Execute within dom0 - echo mem > /sys/power/state
3) Attempt to resume.

First I got DMAR hardware is malfunction (/xen/drivers/passthrough/vtd/iommu.c)
panic during resume; commenting the panic still resulted in resume failure
(must be early on as I couldn't get anything out of serial console).
