Make sure you chmod the disk.img to 775.  After I changed permissions on the
file I hit another brick wall though: 
Using config file "win01.cfg".
VNC= 1
Error: HVM guest support is unavailable: is VT/AMD-V supported by your CPU and
enabled in your BIOS?
That error led me here: http://forums.xensource.com/message.jspa?messageID=3150
I'm now oline ordering new hardware as my p4 2.53 northwood core isn't going to
cut it without a bit more of work.  It only has one core minus VT technology.
