Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
both Linux and Windows guest can not boot up, whatever ia32pae guest on ia32pae
host, ia32pae guest on ia32e host, ia32e guest on ia32e host, all guests can
not boot up.

linux guest stops and prints: "hda: dma_timer_expiry: dam status ==0xff"
continuously.

Windows 2k guest gets blue screen (see bug#1260), other Windows guests hang
with black screen.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare an HVM image
2) create guest
3) guest will hang
