Summary: Dom0 "BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0!", (ntpd?)
           Product: Xen
           Version: 3.0.3
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux-2.6
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Hypervisor
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: jason@xxxxxxxxx

I am trying to diagnose why this Xen box keeps crashing every 2-3 days. It is
on Centos5 with the latest Xen and all updates from the repository.

I'm getting these in /var/log/messages a few minutes before some ntpd messages
(see log below).

Any ideas?
