Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
after I save a guest successfully as /share/xvs/var/r.conf,  I try to restore
it, but the host complains:"Error: xm restore: Unable to read file
/share/xvs/var/r.conf"


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.prepare one img and a configure, boot the guest
2."xm save" it
3."xm restore" it
