Hi guys.
I have one machine running XEN 3.1 with no problems so far, with the embedded
Intel ICH7 controller.
However the next machine we bought is with 3ware - 4 port 9650 PCI-E
controller. I took the config from the old XEN machine and just recompiled with
3ware driver included. After that I custom compile the latest driver from
3ware.com (the one coming with kernel 2.6.18 does not support 9650
controllers), create the initrd image and try to boot. And immediately after
booting the 3ware the system crashes.
With normal kernel without XEN support everything is fine.
I saw that there are some issues with 3ware in the past and decided that this
might be a XEN issue.
The machine is:
OS: CentOS 4.5
XEN: 3.1
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 4G
3ware: 9650SE-4LPML

I will attach screenshot with the kernel dump if possible.

Output from lspci -v
