Can you please be a little bit more specific, and explain what you installed
where (is it XenSource Xen or Fedora packages you are using? Why only 3.0.3?
did you try tro upgrade to the newest versions?) and where this error message
appears, under which circumstances?

As to my knowledge, cpu frequency scaling is not supported in Xen as of yet, if
there is a patch floating around the users list, it's unlikely you will find it
by posting to the bugzilla - please use the Users list first, if you suspect
there is a solution available for your problem - if you want to help the
developers fixing the rpoblem, you might post the patch here (after making sure
it works with the newest Xen version).
