Summary: Guest ext3 looses journal node
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P4
         Component: HVM
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: xen703@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

XEN 3.0.3

As of now, I shut the HVMs with "xm shutdown" - which AFAICS basically plugs
the power from the guest. While not the gentlemens style to shutdown a system,
it usually should survive this method. Meanwhile it happened about 20 times,
that after this, the guest can no longer mount the seond partition (hda2) due
to a lost journal on this very ext3 partition. a "tunefs -j" usually fixes
this... though the guest starts consuming CPU like hell when booted in this
state.

This may or may not be due to XEN - it may also be a problem say of the loop
driver, I don't know, anyone else seen this?
