>From the xenstore-ls you posted, you've got dom0 with 16 vcpus, domain 2
(morphy) that started with 8 vcpus, and now has 2, and domain 3 (capablanca)
that is uniprocessor.

Is that what you expect?  Is that what you are seeing inside the guest?
