Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On ia64, using "xm destroy" command to destroy SMP-xenU domains may make xen0
crash. This crash is very likely to happen.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. create a SMP-xenU domains and let it boot up;
2. use "xm destroy" to destroy this SMP guest, then xen0 may crash sometimes.
