This is pretty interesting. Does 'xm dmesg' show anything?

I'd advise you to move to the tip of 3.0.2 by building from the
xen-3.0-testing.hg tree. Building with 'make debug=y world' would be good too.

If that still causes problems I'd be very interested to know if you could repro
this in xen-unstable.hg, soon to be 3.0.3.
