Also met this problem in VMX test.

xen_unstable:9425
Dom0:      64-bit, SMP, 2.6.16
VMX guest: 64-bit,  UP, 2.6.9-1.667

I t doesn't happen every run, but likely to happen when there are already 
several VMX guests in Dom0.
