Okay. It is reasonable. 

But how about the losing interrupts per second? Now it is only 30 interrupts 
per second. As HZ=100 or 250, the interrupts per seoncod should be 100 or 250. 
I remembered it is correct before. E.g. in an 2.6.* Xen0, interrupts per 
second is 1000. Should I open another bug?
