after install xen3.0 x86_64 tarball on rhel4u1 x86_64 host, i cannot create 
vmx guest.
/usr/lib/xen/boot/vmxloader is empty

[root@vt-gs4 xen]# xm cr xmexample.vmx 
Using config file "xmexample.vmx".
Error: Error creating domain: Kernel image does not 
exist: /usr/lib/xen/boot/vmxloader
[root@vt-gs4 xen]# ll /usr/lib/xen/boot/
total 0
[root@vt-gs4 xen]#
