I am seeing an 'irqbalance[768]: segfault' message on a domU's 'dmesg' output,
when running with vcpus = 8 or 16 (but not with 4 or 1 vcpus); the message
appears only when vcpus >= 8. Dom0 is running FC3, along with 3 other virtual
machines; the fourth, the one displaying the irqbalance message, is FC4 based. 

Platform: IBM xSeries 460, 8GB of RAM, SAT hdds

Dom0: FC3 (Heidelberg)
DomUs: 3 domUs FC3 based, 1 domU FC4

Xen Changeset: 8162

FC4 DomU displays this message when vcpus >= 8:

00007fffffd96b48 error 4

There are no other diagnostics available.
