Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
When ? xm create -f config.vmx, no qemu window appear. Error was 
reported :?Error creating domain: Device 0 (vbd) 
could not be connected. Backend device not found!? Then ?xm list?, no domain 
created



Reproduce steps:
----------------
xm create -f config.vmx


Current result:
----------------
no qemu window appear. Error was reported :?Error creating domain: Device 0 
(vbd) could not be connected. Backend 
device not found!? 


Expected result:
----------------
VMX domain can be created correctly.
